Dr. Rudd grew up in nearby Mesa, where he ran competitively in high school and college. He was introduced to chiropractic at a young age and decided early on that he would pursue it as his profession. Throughout his life, Dr. Rudd has seen chiropractic care help so many people recover from pain and injury. The benefits of chiropractic have also been seen close to home with his wife and daughter. Along with chiropractic care, Dr. Rudd has spent many hours becoming certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) and trained in Kinesio Taping, exercise rehabilitation and biomechanical analysis. He utilizes these tools along with others to compliment and maximize the efficiency of chiropractic care. He has a firm belief that the soft tissues and joints of the body work together and must be treated together in order to truly help resolve injuries. Dr. Rudd has found that treatment plans should be unique and individualized to each person that comes through the door.

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Rudd enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also continues to run during his spare time training for various road races and events. He has also volunteered his time treating under privileged individuals at community outreach events, addiction recovery centers and triathletes at Ironman Arizona and Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He is also fluent in Spanish having served a church mission in Nicaragua.
